I posted the other day about my Xbox on its way out, well it finally went yesterday. Got in touch with Microsoft and they have agreed that it does still fall under the new 3 year warranty so will be fixing it for free, just got to arrange for the courier to pick it up etc. The only thing is they said that it could take 2-3 weeks :'( Has anyone sent one off and how long did it take, I know its sad but can't imagine being without my beloved console for 3 whole weeks!!!!
it took 3 weeks for mine but they said it could be upto 6 when i spoke to them so it could be a lot less.
