XP home US Canada version vs Europe version..

Help...Does anyone know the difference? I have ordered the full XP Home edition with SP2 from a US supplier (legitimate version) but prior to shipping they have asked me if I know its the US Canada dirtibution version and tell me some (although not all) people in Europe prefer the Europe version and "do I wish to cancel order" in which case they will recredit my account. This seems fair but I do not know why I should cancel.

PS I know it is the FULL OEM version which enables me to install on a clean build rather than upgrade an existing os like 98SE but will not let me transfer to another PC at a later date and have no problem with tha but will the fact that it is from US cause problems?
