REDS boss Andy Ritchie gave his thoughts following tonight's defeat at Derby County.

He said: "The simple fact is that we played for 70 minutes. You simply cannot do that in this league and we gave them too much room for 15 minutes and were punished.

"They scored two goals and we did not get close enough to them. We cannot afford to do that.

"We had been in their faces for the full game and did not give them a minutes peace at all. We relaxed for those few minutes and have to react better. We have to do better than that.
