    To be honest, I just can't see him getting the boot.
    But if he dosn't then to me that shows lack of ambition within the club.
    Some clubs get rid of managers when they fail to reach the play offs, let alone just avoiding the drop.

    He's had enough chances to show signs of improvement, but at this level we need a manager, not a kids coach in charge.

    I agree 100%, but to me I think Davey and the board are too clicky and they'll stick by him.
    I hope I'm wrong though, we need a proven manager next time instead of hoping to find the next Danny Wilson and give it to a inexperienced dude.

    Agree with everyhting you have posted, i want a new manager next season but in the back of my mind i cant help thinking Cryne will allow him another season and we will be around the relegation zone yet again.
