I've actually managed a full day at school. I'm shattered, achy but relieved to know I survived the day!
You are a wierd one When I was your age the slightest sniffle and I was trying (unsucessfully usually) to convince my Mum I wasnt fit to go to school, yet you are the exact opposite - I guess you have to convince your mum you are fit to go even when any other teenager would be pulling the duvet back over. Glad you have recovered enough to go back though
I think it's about time You stopped behaving like oldtimer28 and malingering.
You're getting in the way of your Dad posting cheeky women's pics.
Now on your way young lady.

Why am I not surprised Poor thing - hope she can be forced to take it easy enough to continue her recovery today and be fit to go back to school tomorrow. I am guessing going for just half a day doesn't enter her head. Please give her a hug from me when she is fit.
Her Head of Year (and myself) have suggested attending on a partial timetable to cover Maths, English and Science until she either feels better or until after her SAT's (1st week in May), but Laura doesn't feel that she should receive privileges like that. He's also suggested that she uses a laptop as her writing is still compromised with her shoulder injury, unfortunately it means her having to carry it round. Laura is considering that option but is reluctant to ask any of her friends to help her. Laura is going to have to decide what help she needs/is best for her, which is not necessarily what she actually wants - which is to be treat as a normal, healthy teenager. I'll pass on the hug from you.
Her and Mrs Anderton can take it easy together I know Alison (Mrs Anderton) - used to work with her- and she's been off a while with a broken ankle - they can help each other recover!
Hope she feels better soon! (Y)
