still on patches though ( putem over mi eyes so i carnt find mi fags) doing great though an im still drinking as well , il crack it this time. plus ar youngen is mascot on saterday.

 

Keep it going mate. Best thing i did. Been stopped 3 years 9 months

You wouldn't want to go through that month again, would you? 'Cos it is the hardest month. And you do have to stop at some stageotherwise your life will be shorter and you will have more illnesses.</p>

Its hard to stop but well worth the effort

I stopped 16 years ago because I had a health problem. Still got a bad chest but it was caused by smoking. Mind you for about 12 years I smoked a pipe which is not as bad.

Aye, it sure is. 19th December will mark 3 years.

It doesnt seem like two minutes ago and I really wish I'd decided to do it earlier than I did. I got great encouragement from you guys

definitely one of the worst things I ever did.

 

Will be 4 years this December for me, quit the day my 1st child was born and didn't use a thing.......... Hardest thing I have done, yet the most beneficial.
For the 1st 12 months I put the cost of a packet of cigs into a sealed container at the same point I would have normally bought some, when opened I had around £1300 in it.
