Fulford Red. classy individual.
Well done, son.
You wouldn't want to go through that month again, would you? 'Cos it is the hardest month. And you do have to stop at some stageotherwise your life will be shorter and you will have more illnesses.
So you have done the hardest month.... don't slide down that snake and have to start again.

Well done matey. Another one that won't leave his kids sooner than he would have liked. And if he hadn't got kids then, another one that won't have kids looking like your average Donny fan.
well done mucker !!!!!!!, I used the gum aswell when i went for a pint but smoking was allowed in the club then, keep it up
Its hard to stop but well worth the effort I stopped 16 years ago because I had a health problem. Still got a bad chest but it was caused by smoking. Mind you for about 12 years I smoked a pipe which is not as bad.
Well done - I'm on patches too. Stick crisps on the top of my arms every morning as I'm trying to give up potatoes.

<quickly fetches coat>

bloody hell, how time flies well done cazi. I'm coming up to 10 years *** free. Smoking was the worst thing I ever did.
Aye, it sure is. 19th December will mark 3 years. It doesnt seem like two minutes ago and I really wish I'd decided to do it earlier than I did. I got great encouragement from you guys
Will be 4 years this December for me, quit the day my 1st child was born and didn't use a thing.......... Hardest thing I have done, yet the most beneficial. For the 1st 12 months I put the cost of a packet of cigs into a sealed container at the same point I would have normally bought some, when opened I had around £1300 in it.
