Yesterday from my point of view

Really enjoyed yesterday. thought we put in agood performance.

Thought Anderson looked great, good touches passing ability superb, he did tire towrds end, i would have probably taken him off 5 mins earlier but no complaints. he can only get better and better.

Muller looked superb, commands his box mutch better then steele, but thought it was harsh on steele to be dropped, great to see him back.

i thought we looked good as a team colace was fantastic i though howard had his best game of the season by a long way. Oddjob struggled a bit but i think that was because there was nobody round him, he won headers and they dropped to their players cos he had no support.

iain hume's miss just left me in shock cos he did all the hard work by sittin the keeper down.

overall a good point away from home however, southampton are a poor side. i still don't believe that davey is the man to take us forward, but at the moment thats what we've got. another really big week starting next setdy with Norwich at home, we need a minimum of 6 points from those 9.

By the end of that week a decision has to be made on davey either back or sack him!!!!! if we do back him then one thing he needs to do is look for a front man on loan - Daniel Sturridge from man city might be worth a try.

 

Back him! at least untill the end of November. If we are still in a similar situation, then a managerial change might be inevitable, but for the time being he needs the full support of everyone, sadly though, I think the witch hunt has already begun.
