Sorry but we need an experienced striker up front with either hayes / richards , ok richards scored but his missed two easier headers in the first half .Neither hayes or richards hold the ball up when we are under pressure , and when i look at our bench i worry that the we lack strength in depth , im sorry but wroe is way out of his depth. Great win but against a very poor team who will go down , as for us we need to enjoy the heady heights as i feel it is going to be a hard slog unless we sign an old pro up front. I think our pace will be the one plus that will keep us up.

oh and yes , Heckingbottom ?? positional sense .....crap all attacks came down his side and same against Cardiff im worried that he is the weak link in defence as the other three are playing out of their skins , Kaye looks like the higher the challenge the better he will play.

He does find himself out of position a lot

because he likes to bomb forward. It does mean that Reid and Kay have to watch out for him as he does leave wide open gaps where he is somewhere else as he did yesterday and Halford wasn't short in exploiting them. Hecky is brilliant with his head in and around the goal area though and once forward he can lay on some lovely crosses for the box players, and he is 100% passionate for the club. His strengths outweigh his failings for me. I like him.

good points , plus Mcindoe does not seem to cover for him when he 'surges forward'i just think at the moment it tacticaly needs sorting , not advocating dropping him but he needs to get tighter at defending , i love his enthusiasm and it exudes to all.

Agree. His enthusiasm really endures him to the fans. Sturrock got rid of him from Fowls as he didn't like the way he left the left flank exposed. Now he's been with us for some time and knowing his passion for BFC I'm beginning to believe that he did it on purpose lol!

Atkinson, Healy, Nardiello, Austin, Tonge...... Why do..

Add these boys to the starting eleven and I'm buggered if I can see why we need to buy anybody else. We should let it develop, as it is doing now.

    Coulson, MacParland, Williams, Wroe...

Maybe it will need tweaking. It will, of course, but not now. Everybody... Everybody is surprised by what we have, here. Everybody from AR to YN. We should ride this wave for a while and see what we have...

we need experience up front , when we are under pressure the ball comes back too easy ,

and then the defence panics and struggles to clear and that's how mistakes are made

It looks good from where I sit....

You wouldn't tinker with this right now. You would let it run and see where it takes you.

maybe mick , but at times simple thigs like one of our strikers needing medical attention when we are under pressure would not go amiss

come of it..... that was the blight on the world cup....

... all of that playacting 'professionalism'

I'd rather we didn't jump over a defender and playact for a penalty.... or feign injury to hold up a game.

I once watched Costa Rica do it for fifteen minutes at the end of a match in the Olympics. It felt like we'd all been had... it was memorable for the bad feeling it gave the paying football fans.
