i agree with u but i did have a quick cig in the cubicle, but clubs could do summit about it by letting fans go outside or summit. they did that at coventry last season away
Yeah i agree that they should have a confined area outside, human rights and all that. But when people want to use the bogs but cant i find it disrespectful. Especially if you're really really busting for a slash!
Agreed mate. Its up to the football clubs and their stewards to sort it out but they turn a blind eye as to avoid confrontation.
RE: no ur rite with people smoking in bogs its bad when people dont smoke n have to put with it. but like i said clubs cud do with sorting summit out for smokers
they have already sorted sometihng it's called full time. Less than 2 hours after you have to enter the stadium. Not going to kill you to wait is it?
RE:chill eddie. yeah ive admitted i had half a cig. im agreeing with the comments that people shundnt smoke it ground but at moment steward are letting people smoke in bogs which is out of order for people who dont
RE: they have already sorted sometihng That's easy for a non-smoker to say. I don't smoke but my wife does, and since the smoking ban, I find it a struggle to get her to go anywhere if she knows she isn't going to be able to light up when she feels the need. Do you not understand addictions?
Yes I do but I find it amazing that these addictions only occur when the person wants them to. Unless every smoker works in a job which allows a break every hour then how do they all have jobs? The addiction must magically go away during the week.
At my place of work there are dozens of people outside at all times. At places of work where this isn't possible, I would hazard a guess that a badly addicted smoker won't be able to stay in that employment. You've got to remember there are social smokers who can take it or leave it and others that are more dependant. If you have smoked for 30 years + without much restriction, it's going to be difficult to manage in some situations. There should still be well ventilated areas provided for smokers. Many non-smokers are annoyed by the smoking ban, as they are dragged outside on nights out by their smoking mates!
RE: no ur rite with people smoking in bogs Smoking in a football stadium is against the law.
Clubs should not make special arrangements for criminals.

Yeah, funny how they can fly to their foreign holidays but they can't sit for 2 hours at a match.
Selfish and ignorant, that's all it is.

Happens at virtually every ground in the league. If they are going to suggest that smoking is banned, why do no clubs actually enforce it?. The situation now is worse then before the ban - at least when people could smoke anywhere in the concourse the smoke wasn't as intense for those that don't smoke - now its virtually impossible to go to the lav at half time - you only need to be in there for a minute and you absolutely reek of smoke - how is that better for anyone? I am actually a smoker but can't stand going in the toilets at half time, so what it must be like for non smokers I have no idea!
It's marvellous isn't it. These smokers can wait at Manchester Airport without smoking for 2 hours, take a 2+ hour flight to their sunny destination without smoking, but ask them to stop for 2.5 hours during a football match, and they all start wailing.
Positive action Why dont all the non smokers pisss outside in the concourse. I am sure action will be taken then.
Most would have been there before 3 Match result didn't come until 4:55 on sky - closer to 2.5 hours than your reckoning. No they should be able to wait I agree and I hate the habit
