We were lacking in al departments. We didnt look a balanced side like we had done in previous weeks. Major problems were the lack of firepower up front and that the full backs didnt seem to be up to speed, and of course a ridiculously inexperienced keeper.
I had my concerns watching the Preston game. Vito totally missed a cross early on then went on to make the mistake for their goal.
Yesterday he had little to do first half but looked shaky notably when Kay was expecting the kepper to collect the ball. When he didnt Kay had to get shut sharpish then giving him some verbal afterwards. Then the kicks that went in the stand and the one that nearly costs us when it went straight to their striker and of course the finale.
alarm bells rang for me when we signed him. According to AR we signed this teenage keeper because the other teenage keeper we had signed wasnt experienced enough to be the number two. What?
Anyhow the lad should be sent back and replaced by experience. Someone who will force Colgan to keep upping his game.
As for the rest of the squad. They are in a similar position. No pressure from the bench. Who could we have brought on to improve things?
The squad needs strengthening in all areas.

On a brighter note well done to Bobby Hassell with another excellent performance. Kay did well too as well as Togwell n Howard in the middle.

My fiver is on the table to contribute to Taxi Red dropping Vitto back down the M1. We can't afford mistakes like he did yesterday. It wasn't just the goal either. He made at least 4 bad errors and the back line clearly have no confidence in him.
If he needs to learn his trade please let it be somewhere else.
