Ive seen us play worse but also much better. Thought we were the better team for an hour but only had a couple of chances to show for it. Blunts took control of the game for the last half hour and basically had the best four chances of the match and managed to take one. Again we had problems up front. Odejayi worked his socks off again and was unlucky as some refs would have given him a pen or two due to Morgans antics but it wasnt to be. Macken held the ball up well but maybe we cant play those two up front together? Midfield was weak, Hassell didnt have a good game and we had no width. I dont think i saw Leon or Devaney take a man on all the game. Really missed JCR. We defended well for most of the match but i personally would have preffered to see Togwell brought on when Souza was injured, then shifted Hassell to RB. I would have not bothered bringing Nards on cos he is a lazy arse and doesnt suit a local derby. Again i fail to understand Daveys tactics. And again i dont believe we will win a local derby under this man. Anyway according to Davey last week he believes we are too good to go down and he isnt worried about a relegation fight. Hopefully this might have knocked some sense into him. Im still sticking to my prediction i made a couple of months back of 54 points. Reckon we will stay up by the skin of our teeth.
