Was just about to post the same. No stats, no team line ups, no latest scores. Commentary is good but the rest of it has gone downhill this year. I've always said it's great value but something is not working this season.
Match Stats - not yet available, check back later - Sometimes displays when I click on it and then disappears within 1 second. Team Lineups - not yet available, check back later. Live Table - Not relevant for this competition, but during League games it is the same as the above. Live Commentary - Still showing Brighton updates.
Have you tried a different browser. Would not work for me on firefox. Got commentry ok with chrome. Didn't try ie.
Commentary itself is working fine on IE 9 64 bit, it's just the stats, latest scores etc that are not working. Take your point but in my opinion it should work in any browser including IE. Just refreshed and the live scores have appeared. Stats appeared for about half a second then disappeared again.
Sorry I forgot to mention that Mark Stokes came back to me to explain that the issue is known and has been raised with Football League Interactive who run player. All clubs are effected by this issue.
Thanks Gally. As long as the live commentary is not affected it's tolerable, as the other information is available elsewhere anyway. However, I can understand people (including me) complaining as they have paid for a service they are not currently getting. Hope it gets sorted soon.
glad the player stuff is in hand. Gally do you know if the club has any voice at all about the disaster that is now the official site. Its now so unusable I never go there and i suspect I am not the only one. As I know the club gets some income based on hits a usuable site would seem to be an important feature. Also what happened to the mobile site that seems to have disappeared completely
You're not the only one. I've tried several times to work it out. I just can't navigate around at all due to huge delays and occasional crashes. Never seen a website like it.
Its the worst website ever in the history of the www. Totally unusable. I have stopped visiting it totally.
Yep, I now use it once in a blue moon and if I could find the information elsewhere wouldn`t bother with it at all.
Mark Stokes fed in a lot of input of what they would like to see as part of the new design of the club website. His (and other clubs input) was not taken on board and the clubs were given the choice of three templates. I saw them all. We chose the best of a bad lot! The club expressed their unhappiness at this point. SInce the site has gone live most of the clubs involved have kicked up a fuss with regards this new website. Some clubs have also had problems operating the new site. they are working on improvements I believe. I assume a mobile fix is in the pipeline.
