Talk about us being a Jekyll and Hyde team, why oh why does Wilson go with these negative tactics against a team which McCormack apart were absolute dog sh*t. What an opportunity missed against a team that were there for the taking.

Yet again Wilson's bizarre negative home tactics cost us the game. I'd rather us lose 4 3 going for it than go out with a gutless whimper.

Deserve what you got today Danny with those stupid tactics, a spineless gutless team performance from 11 strangers, 11 lads out of the ponty would have done better.

Can't weigh Wilson up, all the recent fantastic good work at Charlton, Yeovil and Reading goes into thin air today.

The players did not look bothered today, well if that's their attitude then f*ck em, get the kids in.

Woeful, gutless and spineless, we are fighting for our lives in a relegation fight for gods sake and they serve that up.

After beating Charlton I am scratching my head at the lack of passion, creativity or fight in the team today, Leeds were god awful yet we never asked any questions of them.

None of Leeds defenders or their defense in general had anything to worry us normally' their midfield were awful apart from mccormacks goal their attack was lacklustre .but we have managed to lose to them.
If payers are not gonna put the effort in why are they picked or on the bench when we have eager young lads. Some of these players will have contract promises from their agents ffs get shut of em and let the clubs looking to employ em what they are in for

Sorry but there are different options within the squad, it is Danny's job as manager to get them fired up for these games.

I've got a idea, why not drop ogrady and play proswich and one of kids. They can do no worse ogrady is not championship class he never wins a header, never holds the ball up and very rarely plays anybody in. Any decent work he does is on the byeline and causes no threat whatsoever IMO. It baffles me why he is a guaranteed starter week in week out. I might be in the minority here but I don't rate the bloke at all. I'm not saying any of the others we've got would do any better but if you don't try you will never know.

There's nobody to play in they all stood watching. Imo he is the best holdup player we have had in many years but tactics and some players lack of effort ave destroyed any advantage he gains for us

 

The squads poor. Look at the bench, the 3 attacking options are Mellis, McCourt & Proschwitz. They aren't up to it.

RNL & Pederson are injured. I'd of liked to have seen Rose get a chance but we've no idea if he's up to it anyway.

Either way the players today (Mvoto and Lawrence apart) let the club down big style

O'Grady was pushed and pulled and tripped and fouled every time he went for ball today and nothing was done about it by a disgrace of a referee imo

 

There's no such thing as a negative formation, you can be attacking with 1,2 or 3 forwards. It's all about the teams mentality. You can even play 0 strikers & be attacking in Barcelona's case

The thing is, Wilson has used the same system in our last 3 or 4 home games, and we have scored 0. I can forgive once, maybe even twice. But to keep plodding along with the same tactic and system which clearly doesn't work is unforgivable. If something isn't working, change it up.

 

What are the alternatives?
