Mellon is not the way Forward.
Needs fresh ideas and a good clear out because a large proportion of the players are not up to standard in this division.
Club need to appoint a new man ASAP to prepare for next Saturday.

I get the feeling Mellon isn't going anywhere.

Well if that's confirmed then a lot of people will be going somewhere - straight for the exit. And they won't be coming back in a hurry.

Doesn't matter who we get as manager.

    No money,
    Lack of support,
Not enough passion in the ground,
    Away support dwindling.

Flickers has ruined us this season with his change of attitude from last season.

But have a feeling no matter who we get where done. Fed up of the f***ed off feeling which has gone on for way too long.

I don't think I can make the Bolton match on Boxing Day, so Derby on the 29th is my next game. If Mellon is still in charge I won't bother. I probably won't bother with the rest of the season if he gets the job. I don't think I've ever felt this apathetic before, I can't even get angry or frustrated at the result or performance today, just feel like I wasted an afternoon I could have spent doing something more worthwhile and enjoyable.

So if he wins at Leeds and beats Bolton(unlikely as that may seem tonight)..you still won't be going?

Not based on how I'm feeling right now, no. Maybe I'll feel differently tomorrow.

But right now, I don't much care if I go to Oakwell again in the foreseeable future. I don't think I've ever felt like this, I've always wanted to go, no matter how **** we were. I always convinced myself we'd get a positive result even under the likes of Machin just before he was sacked. I've lost the faith and it doesn't seem worth the hassle when I could spend the time and money elsewhere.

I know the feeling. It is the players that want changing, it is them on the field. This team will get anyone the sack

Me too. I'm pretty certain he'll be in charge until at least the new year.
