Walking distance from the station? Just wondering cos there's an old guy in our group who struggles a bit - or is it a taxi ride? On the map it looks like wrong direction from ground. (dunno)
if you're wanting to go to either or both have plenty of taxi money ready.i lived in nottingham for 2 years and neither pubs are owt near trent bridge. if i had to recommend one of the two it'd be the salutation.especially if you're into your real ales. they had a mind boggling selection if memory serves.nice food too.
RE: Walking distance from the station? It's not a bad walk from the station, but opposite way to ground. May be able to walk it there but may need taxi after from pub to ground. London Tykes will be in there, plus me and various hangers on from Tarn.
RE: Thats where we're all going, Elspeth's even making an appearance I've heard she's aged a bit recently. Will be good to meet up with you London lot again. Last time was before Wembley as I remember - hope to God it's a different result tomorrow.
