Being run out without facing a ball doesn't help Bear in mind I was talking about the likes of Adam Lyth who seems to get 0 more than anything else. We haven't won a game in the Championship this season and we're tossing away our good start at the Twenty20 before the break.
Hope we get out for less than 50 now So they really are fecking embarrassed. Got to question what Moxon's doing.
Don't see enough to comment But it doesn't look good. Don't like 20-20 anyway - joke cricket, IMO. Bring on the Ashes, not going to miss a ball.
Moxon could have stopped the two r.o ?? oh sorry , just another local lad to pick on Bit like Eaden , Liddle etc...................
Lol Great post. We've failed to win a single Championship game this summer, we've been embarrassing with the bat in all but one or two games in the Twenty20 (and Moxon was a batsman of course so this should be his coaching strength), we got spanked twice by Lancashire without barely a whimper, and we continue to leave our best bowler Hoggard out of one day games when he says he wants to play. That enough?
I'm basing it more on the fact we've failed to win a Championship game This is the icing on the cake. We battled relegation last season too. Not good enough for such a proud county with such an illustrious history and fine local leagues.
When the fine local leagues stop paying inflated prices for avaerage imports maybe just maybe the good local talent will get a chance Trouble in proud yorkshire is that the local clubs with money think winning tin pot cups are the b all and developing youth does not come into it. I have witnessed it at first hand.

You been out on strike this week supporting the sacked workers? Nah ! didnt think so . Sold out socialist, solidarity and all that **** (wnkr)
The match itself was no fun but the day itself wasn't bad because cricket is still a decent day out. The weather is bright sunshine so we go and put them in to bat. All the way through their innnings you needed your hand to shield your eyes from the sun. By the time Yorkshire came out 10 minutes later it was really dark and looked like it could rain at anytime. I can't remember the last time I saw such a vast change in the weather within 10 minutes. We missed a stumping off Rashid (who played really well), we dropped a catch and missed a run out. Can't fault the bowling that kept the chase to a score we should have get. Must have seen dozens of Sunderland shirts and barely an handful of Newcastle ones. They aren't ashamed of wearing them are they ha ha.
I work in the power industry No power workers are on strike madmark once again the press are looking for a sensational story , lights out and all that , just construction workers on new projects. The problem is a different industry ie the construction industry. Would say that it looks like the workers have been ill advised by the union though. Do not agree with the first strike at all British jobs for Brits (As long as we can go abroad and still work)
