pitch flattened out , spinners not doing much , hopefully when we get a go with the ball we can nip a few out early then put some pressure on
how come Yorkshire have 3 foreigners playing??? i thought the limit was 2 which was going down to 1 next season.
can anyone explain???

cos of the kolpak agreement, they can sign the south african as he hasnt played int cricket for a certain amount of time.........
RE: how come Yorkshire have 3 foreigners playing??? younis and gillespie as overseas players , rudolph plays as a kolpak player by effectively "retiring" from international cricket. as a kolpak player you must not have played international cricket in the previous 12 months , rudolph played in august but the english cricket board knows it wouldnt be able to enforce this rule in a court of law due to employemnt laws. As it is if and when rudolph gets a boat lod of runs , South Africa will recall him , pay yorkshire off for his remaining contract and make a mockery of overseas cricket regulations.
RE: how come Yorkshire have 3 foreigners playing??? fair enough then, that explains it perfectly for me.
cheers.

Yorkshire have taken full advantage of the Kolpak ruling. Built a genuinely decent squad for this season. And with the young players we have and Gough returning can see us actually getting some success.
