RE: One word... well 2 actually how do you feel for me they stop running up our end after half 7 because the busses that use to come threw from tarn, the bus drivers got stabbed, one got stabbed in little houghton, bus got attacked in wath, another bus got attacked in goldthorpe, thurnscoe and bolton so i have to make do with taxis, they have the 212 running from doncaster to town and thats it, it doesnt go back
public transport is absolutely crap. the minute it was privatised (and the same goes for Gas/Electric/Water), it is all about profit and shareholders. Therefore the public service are then limited to services that make money. In this instance, if a bus service was running at a loss, they are then "regigged" or completely abandoned. Who is worse off, one person, the service user. If it were as it was (so to speak) and someone like Local Authorities were running them, then the public are generally put first and a "fair service" will be offered to all. Thanks Maggy Thatcher, you fecking good for nowt BITCH! well done, and the tories don't really like talking about these things now do they!!!
Well i've seen busses with Jump written on the front but never ones that get thrown from the bus station all the way to ardsley
