    Where did you get that from - I heard there was a pay turnstile

    And the Official site says nothing about ticket only - only that you are Advised to get tickets in advance

    Now I'm not a regular in the away section at NP :D - but there'll be a pay turnstile. They're not going to let you walk about outside, no chance.

    Clubs always like to put it about that it's all-ticket in order that they know numbers travelling - makes it a lot easier to steward/police obviously. The vast majority will buy before travelling anyway.

    They also have to make provision in case you've forgotten/lost your ticket.

    Last year one of my mates forgot is ticket and after a bit of persuasion let him in but they weren't going to.

    For anyone else who's travelling i'd go down and get one from Oakwell better to be safe than sorry.

    paying at the gate is handy for away fan like me who arrive from the wrong direction.

    Most of the games I get to fall into this bracket, and there is never a problem.

    I phoned Cardiff City Box Office yesterday and they confirmed that there is a pay on the night gate for BARNSLEY SUPPORTERS... end of.
