but for once its a serious question...
(I know even I struggle to believe i'm asking)

However, I own the indoor skatepark in Doncaster called Twisted Skateparks Ltd along with my wife,

I have a couple of business opportunities to anyone that might be interested.,

First one.
Is anyone interested in running/renting the cafe space of me, (we don't have the time with all the other businesses we have)
the cafe would look to provide to local businesses, as well as riders and the lorry drivers that stay overnight,


Second
Any tattoo Artist looking for a room to rent, I have a nice size space for a tattoo studio inside, walking distance to town centre, and free car parking (yes the car park is free)

Third,
any business idea's such as an escape room would also go in well,

Already have a hair and beauty salon on site, I am trying to create something new, a new hub for like minded people to go to.
