...especially as the only injuries were hurt pride and a few cuts and bruises... http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-40748897 I trust no-one on here was the perpetrator (although I doubt he would come clean even if he was) Bet that will put a chunk on his premiums. On the serious side: What a p*llock - He could have killed someone so it was lucky all round that he didn't. Makes you wonder how a muppet like that can end up with enough money to buy one 'cos he obviously doesn't know how to drive one.
I bet he absolutely sh*t himself. These cars shouldn't be sold to anyone without proper training in place, it's like people who pass their bike test then think they can handle a powerful sports bike, usually ends in tears.
You mean there were two little shits behind the wheel Looking at the picture there isn't much left. Hope SYP throw the book at him.. Dangerous driving speeding and a lengthy ban would be in order. Probably turn up to Court in a nice suit and just get a fine though. Few years ago a t*at wrote off our brand new car parked outside out house. Failed to stop ,2 witnesses said he was driving fast and erratically and went through a red pelican light just before he hit our car but it was 2am and they had been drinking so they discounted their evidence. He handed himself in next morning so probably had been over the limit at the time. His excuse was that he had dropped a lit cigarette so was distracted. At the very least he should have got a failing to stop, 'driving without Due Care and attention' and speeding (he pushed our car into our neighbours and in to his neighbours such was the impact writing two cars off and badly damaging a third.) His car was abandoned a short distance away. All he got was a failing to stop a fine and a slap on the wrist because he was well spoken, wore a nice suit and had a good job. Only satisfaction was it was a company car and I think he may have lost his job. He could have killed the two on the crossing.
