Well it isn't him, it's his twin brother.

Luke Tittensor (Daz) is the twin brother of Elliot Tittensor. They shared the role of Carl Gallagher in series 1 of 'Shameless'. When Luke got the part of Daz Sugden in 'Emmerdale' Elliot continued in the role on his own from series 2 onwards.
