You know when you have insomnia

caused by the lead-booted fat ******* who live in the flat above and tramp round constantly until about 4am (what are they doing up there?!?) so you get about 2 hours sleep and struggle in for 1 hour appointments with students at 9am and 10am even though you feel like **** and could have otherwise had a lie in, and NEITHER OF THEM SHOW UP.

Its annoying isn't it.
