Paranoia is an exaggerated distrust of others that is not based on fact. As a psychotic feature of bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder or schizophrenia, paranoia may manifest as delusions of persecution. Paranoid personality disorder is classed as a separate mental illness in its own right, where an unfounded belief that the patient is being persecuted is the primary symptom.
Did you hear about the paranoid who suffered from low self-esteem? he thought that nobody important was out to get him.
She said she were going to meadowheel last night, she met you dint she.. AAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH I cant trust her anymore
Who me?.... Why? What's she said?........ Who is she anyway?........ What's she after? ... Why're you talking to me? (lookout)
sorry to be picky but a personality disorder can't be a mental illness. It's more a way of being , characterised by cognitive bias and associated behaviours consistent with beliefs. Personality disorders are developmental disorders. They can't be cured as such or helped by taking medication. In my honest opinion Windy has a personality disorder. His "symptoms" include narcissism, fragile ego and a bias toward paranoia. If he gets a narcissistic injury he reverts to intimidation and harassement.
