    How much does it cost for a 17 year old first time driver(provisional licence)in a small 1 litre car?

    Not as simple as that, depends on the insurance group of the car, your post code etc.

    I'll sell her some insurance for a grand.

    It'll be one hell of a lot cheaper than the actual insurance companies quotes!!
