No, I'm using the Niquitin lozenges. They tasted vile to start off with - more pepper than mint, but now my taste buds have changed I can taste mint! Also this website http://www.click2quit.co.uk/NQ00.asp acts as an excellent cessation group.

    You keep bleating Cazi

if it helps to keep off them.

Well done so far and keep going - that 42 quid will turn into enough money saved for a holiday before too long so that must be an incentive

    All well and good but.......

Nearly 300 fags is about £90 at £6 a pack of 20. So how did...? Oh aye... a subtle blend of Old Hoborn Shag and tea leaves. Now I remember.

That's great news Cazi, and good luck from another 'stopped' smoker, remember, it gets easier. (Y)
