    What are his options?

    Do you bollock all the players together about a lack of committment?

    Do you work on new tactics?

    Do you see them individually in private, praising their strengths, and telling them what you expect from them, trying to boost their confidence?

    It's a difficult call even for an experienced manager after 4 defeats out of the last 5, very hard indeed for a novice.

    Just what do you say and do?

    Too right they do. And so far, the players are doing their best to get Davey the chop. They are "onside" alright. It said so in his dossier
