Just shoved it on to see what you were on about Saw the replays - surely the moment his foot touches the line he's out of play and a dead ball, he hadn't downed the ball at that point....don't get what the commentators were saying about him lifting the foot up again - how can you go out of bounds and back in again?

A part of your body can cross the line as long as it isn't grounded. It was very marginal. He seemed to get the foot off the ground just as it touched the line.
