Since Jan we have lost ALL creativity from the side. We also lost Perkins and O'Brien who worked tirelessly to protect the back four.
Now, with no creativity whatsoever and a lack of cover for the back four the team loses all confidence as soon as we concede.
Basically, go a goal down and the team believe the game is lost.
What happened to the team in Dec & Jan had a massive effect on not only team selection but also team mentality.
We are left with a team with no creativity and a poor mentality.
My fear is that unless Keith manages to unearth a few more gems (a cheap risk buy-Vaz Te, bringing out the best from a youngster-Butts, an impact loan signing-Drinkwater) AND brings back the 110% work ethic then we are going to struggle incredibly.
It's a big test for Hill & Flicker this summer no doubt. As it would be for whoever was in charge so my view is to get behind the management team who seem to be working very hard with what very little they have. They're a very ambitious duo who I'm sure will do everything to better themselves and their cv's.

Whilst I agree with a lot of that mate, the team WITH Butts, Drinky, Vaz et al, were exactly the same once we conceeded. So am not buying that excuse.
Either Hill is a poor motivator, bad tactician, or he has built a squad full of soft arses. And its that, that lack of fight and will to win that gets to me.
Big summer ahead, and even I - a pro Keith supporter - cant see him still being ere come xmas. The less patient of fans will drive him out if we continue to see gash like yesterday week after week
