If you are using a Router for internet access

If you are using a Router for internet access, the Windows XP firewall should be more than adequate. I haven't bothered with ZoneAlarm for years.

I use AVG as anti virus and our Bt Router in work seems to do the job as a firewall.

At Home (vista) I use AVG and Vista's built in firewall.
