    My point was that Beefy didn't exactly stick up for KP during the Ashes tour (when you called him an idiot) so I can't imagine him doing it now. The question is why would the ECB care about the opinion of an Aussie and an ex cricketer who has no influence at all. The fact that they are both mates of KP's means nothing.

    Without wishing to fuel the debate any further, I think its a gutless decision to get rid of your most talented batsman because you "can't manage him".

    England will be far worse to watch without him and no more successful.

    Hemsworth you're a total hypocrite; you support the view that one disruptive individual shouldn't be dropped for the benefit of the TEAM in a team game (Pietersen / English cricket) yet you also claim that an INDIVIDUAL in a single person sport can't do it without his back up team - coaches, physios etc (Murray / tennis).
