I thought it was last weekend when we were forced to put up with them (I left the country for more fun times ) Why so many going off now.....You're a week late you d!cks!
Signs of getting old.......lol......complaining about the youngsters having fun.......pmsl..... Because i agree.....bloody nuisance
A couple of ideas... 1) They are dicks. 2) They had a child family member ill in hospital/some other reason to postpone, so they waited and are having them now.
3)There a lot of sick kids round here for the last month with parents who don't give a **** about animals ! I don't have pets before it gets said .....just fed up of hearing the bl00dy things !!!
I bet that quite a lot are having them because they've either bought them cheap in shops after bonfire night or they bought too many last week and had some left over
I did give option 1 which it most likely to be the case but that doesn't mean that there aren't some option 2 or even option 3 as SuperTyke gave. Maybe even option 4, they have a family member in the armed forces who has just returned home on leave this weekend so they are doing them now.
Option 1 probably covers most cases. Fortunately my dog isn't bothered by them but I'm getting fed up with hearing them every night.
That reminds me of the family on our street who had a firework party to welcome home their son from Afghanistan. I would have thought that's the last thing he wanted to hear. We've said for years that fireworks should only be sold to someone with a licence for organised displays only. There's too many people making a nuisance of themselves with them for far too long.
Our dog is the same He was born around the time and doesn't flinch. He might lift his ear up at a big one but then sticks his nose back between his front legs and drifts back off.
My dog never bothered about them was just old enough to start going for walks around the time and never flinched.
How can you buy too many....have you seen the price of em Still going off tonight Must be looking forward to making pancakes
