    Barnsley Football Club is disappointed to learn that during Tuesday evening’s Sky Bet League One fixture against Bristol Rovers, a section of supporters participated in a chant of a discriminatory and derogatory nature.

    No I could clearly see Adult men doing it,probably men with daughters the same age as the physio. Also would those same cretins like me to ask their mum,wife,daughter or Vicky ,the Barnsley physio, to show me her breasts? No,so why do they think it's ok for them?. A lot pf people around the country think people from Barnsley are ignorant, bigoted morons. Nice to see and hear some Barnsley people confirming their views. It wasn't a small number,it was the majority of the lower left section of the Ponte end,minimum 160.

    It was disappointing to hear, considering the fall out from the Hex situation last week. But then again, some of the comments from during the women's Euro's highlight that as a club, we've still a section of our fan base who struggles to have respect for women, so it didn't surprise me.
