That's being unusually frank. Do your sources tell you that in fact he has not been ill at all, and that he's been feigning illness?
I’m referring to the summer and first few months of the season. Think he’s been ill more recently. Knows he hasn’t met standards though from what Hecky said. Playing catch up.
Mental illness takes so much longer to recover from. I like Angus, he has my full support. If he is suffering from any aspect of this I hope he is getting the support he needs. That fateful day at Bramall Lane has not helped him. Everything has gone down hill for him since. Hope he returns soon, fighting fit.
From what I was told yesterday , the lad may have mental health issues , which I have complete sympathy with him , lets hope he does not read comments like you have put Redarmychris , as they will do him no good , its support he needs
Metatarsal, people who comment without understanding the nature of the problem are the ones that show their ignorance don't you think ? Really disappointed in RedarmyChris' comments. I hope Angus isn't reading this as such comments only add to the weight of the burden.
Whatever is wrong with him hope he can recover quickly and fully. Can only be a benefit if he can get back to his best form. Was a cracking player last year. Does a lot for club, community and charity as well. He’s still very young with a bright future ahead of him.
What’s also not helpful is spreading around a rumour he has mental health issues. This is completely unconfirmed and as far as the club have informed us he had a virus and is now being left out of the team for footballing reasons.
Maybe doing too much. The burden of taking the responsibilities from Conor and Robbo, his charity work and the fact that a year ago he was playing practically pub league football.. it has to be quite stressful keeping up standards for a young bloke.
I’m sorry but you’re commenting without knowing the nature of the problem either. You’re saying he has a mental illness. No one at the club has confirmed this. If it is true the club should be telling us that. Not telling us he has had a virus and is now not playing for footballing reasons.
I'm not saying he had a mental illness. I wouldn't be so presumptuous. I said "If....." It's one possibility. "Tossititofficus" is yours , equally presumptive don't you think ?
I was talking about the summer and first few months of the season. Where he get a tattoo less than 24 hours before a professional football match ect. If he does have a/combination of mental illness the club don’t seem to want us to know about it which would be strange given the big push on mental health awareness in football right now.
