    It won't be a joke, it'd be very unprofessional if it was. Let's leave it, he's decided against coming here and it's not overly surprising all things considered. I wouldn't imagine we'd be the easiest sell to a lad from France at the moment. We need to move on to plan b or c, assuming we have those.

    We don't want any bloody Jonny foreign legion army types anyway . Sling thi hook lad . (said with an hint of sarcasm before the ultra PC brigade complain ) . He's bound to sign anyway . Btw saw Hecky in Strafford arms tonight with someone who didn't come up for air talking about players so I presume he was an agent. Hecky looked like a typical Barnsley bloke, like he couldn't be arsed .

    Maybe it’s because Barnsley fans have hammered him but it seems disrespectful to a club who’s shown a keen interest in him.

    If you put yourself in Manzalas shoes for a minute and look at the facts he was risking a lot ie signing for a club with 1 win in 14 games and a distinct possibility of plying his trade at Wimbledon ,Fleetwood next season instead of PSG and Monaco. When all’s said and done I’m surprised the deal got so far.
