'Rollover due to the drawn number 814 being unassigned.'

Why is an unassigned number in the draw?

I think they did it so they could create this exact scenario

When did this rollover thing start?

I’ve been in Centenary over 30 years and only just seen this happening this last 6 month or so.

Thought they just pulled another number if the one pulled wasn’t a paid up member.

I enquired about this the other week and they said they always used to carry on drawing til a winner came out, they don't now, number drawn not paid hence rollovers.
