Could somebody confirm kick off this Friday, please. I've got 2.00 in my diary and it's 3.00 on the club site. Thanks in advance.
Thankfully I have a DJ booking and have to be in Manchester at 6. Usually hate missing matches, but the dross we have served up this season makes me indifferent.
Missing this one as I'm taking the opportunity to visit some family over the long weekend. The sad thing is I don't even mind that I am missing a match. Let's hope i regret it after and we record a crucial victory.
I missed Millwall the other Saturday pal and had a fantastic weekend away in the Lake District with the family. The sad thing is i didn't miss the football!
watched reds since 1958 and i can't remember a home game on Good Friday one or two awsy but none at home. Apart from banks Good Friday has never been obseved as a bank holiday all factories used to work normally
I should point out that my confusion comes from the fact that the 2pm entry in my Outlook calendar was put in automatically by the club.
I reckon you've been accidentally included in the players calendar text sevice. Bring your boots and you'll make the bench. Bring your goalkeeping gloves and you'll make the starting eleven.
Good Friday games have been rare in recent years. We've played three in the last twenty years: 2004/05 Luton (A) W 3-1; 2011/12 West Ham (H) L 4-0 and 2015/16 Scunthorpe (H) D 0-0.
