    Thiam has been played out wide for the majority and he played on the wing in France. We have a few midfielders with zero assists and 2 keepers who couldn't catch a cold. Also a ex manager who took us on a run of 9 games without scoring from open play.

    Both scored. We had plenty of bit part ones over the years but no one who played more than 10-15 games.

    It’s no excuse for a forward to be quite as inept in front of goal as Thiam to say others are also *****.

    There all **** aren't they though? And every time Davies costs us all I hear is well Townsend is even worse. And is like I said been played on the wing for the majority.

    A worse strike rate though than john Pearson or Kayode is pretty good going. A worse signing than Mido (who was free and at least had comedy value) imo. I hope he comes good I desperately want him to succeed. It looks less likely by the game. Seems a nice lad though.

    I don't know if he will come good maybee in league one like I said though he has played on the wing alot and has the same amount of assists as hammill who has played probley twice as many minutes as him.

    If this was just a dig at Thiam it’s a bit of a silly one. It depends how often you play and in what position.Had a quick look and Owen Archdeacon played nearly every game in the 93/94 season and only scored two from pens. Martin Bullock played over 30 times in the following season but didn’t score. In fact I was amazed to see how few goals Bullock ever scored.
