The 'referee' went over to the dugout and was gesticulating something or other. Any idea what?

Looked like he'd gone over for a quick game of Charades.
I think he was doing "The Damned United", but nobody figured it out until late in the game.

I think Dimas was complaining at the lack of advantage one of the times and Wilder decided to get involved.

He was a massive pr1ck all game Wilder. Constantly stood way out of his dugout in at the fourth official.

It was after the incident where play was pulled back after Moncur had been fouled then after breaking free he gave the free kick

If I'm thinking of the right incident it seemed to happen after their player brought moncur down. Ref blew straight away even though moncur was getting up and we had a potential break on. So I'm assuming without any real knowledge that they wern't happy about that.

Didn't help when 5 minutes later same thing happened going the other way and the ref decided to wave play on then pull it back for a foul to dem blunts

Dimas was waving the imaginary yellow card after the foul on moncur and wilder was not happy about it

The ref couldn’t play advantage because Moncur had handled the ball when he went down
