Big Mick would be a way to immediately reduce the hurting of a lot of fans right now and restore some optimism and faith in the new ownership. He'd be invaluable to them off the field for those reasons, so I don't think it's too extreme a thing to hope for.
Mick. If there was a time it is now. Given the last appointment though I'm not confident the board will see it the same way. Hopefully Conway realises that the club needs a serious lift after this season, or I could see another season of struggle ahead.
I would love to have big mack in the dug out for next season but no matter what the club offer Mick I don't think it will happen
He doesn't want the job. Approached several times before, when we were better-placed, and declined them all. I think he's bang on. For me, Stuart McCall - knows the league, gets his sides playing proper football. Loved by his players. Bradford ridiculously got rid when they were still in the playoff picture but had lost three on the spin. Oh, and there's a video of him on YouTube completely off his tits, falling off a car roof.
Wont be Mick. Needs to be someone who knows league 1 and how to get us promoted from it. No idea who though.
