Cheers Dave, very generous of you. NW may not be everyone’s cup of tea, much like the team he manages lol, but there’s no doubting his quality in this division. We are a side of misfits that he’s managed to mould together into a strong unit. The sum of the team is far greater than its parts. We were second bottom when he he joined us - only 18 months ago. But the best thing he’s done is to get everyone back on board. There’s been a massive disconnect since Vincent Tan changed our colours and, whilst there are still loads who will not return, he’s made the rest feel like they are part of the club again. As fans, that’s what we all want eh? Gutted to see you boys go down, let’s hope you bounce back immediately. Sunderland will be clear favourites but I’d have thought Barnsley would be there or thereabouts. Fingers crossed anyway.
