    George, I've got to admit I'm not too impressed with the new book. The cover art is generic, the binding is of a very low quality and the print is quite blurred on pages 9, 14 and 104.

    I must say though, the subject matter is rather racy, couldn't stop thinking about it all day, even while I was pruning my lemon verbena.

    Shocking stuff!

    I disagree, I found it quite riveting, I think it was an excellent insight into rural life and the company that other half keep, I especially liked the quite racey chapters that involved the grape pickers,

    The section on pansies seemed particularly well researched and I felt he went into unnecessary detail and at length!
