I think. Vs Bristol City and Winnall missed it. Sounds like we're battering them, keep at it lads and no silly mistakes.
I thought it was soft and was surprised when the ref pointed to the spot. It was a foul but one that’s usually given outside but rarely in the box. I though we had a better claim when Thiam was dragged back when through
Fair enough. We've had enough stonewallers denied since the last one we were awarded. I'm going to stop listening to us I think as we never score and only seem to concede, like now. Amount of times I've heard Matt scream "and surely, Moore/Moncur etc. oh and it's been kept out" only for the opposition to go up the other end and score.
I thought Thiam scored from a pen not that long ago. Cos there was no chance of him scoring from open play. It might have been a wet dream....
Blimey. I'm sure I saw it from my seat in the stand. Bottom right hand corner (from Mama's view). Will be doing a Power of Attorney next week.
I thought it was a penalty. He was bundled over by a defender that should have stayed on his feet and held his ground. Very risky challenge to do in your own penalty area. Was asking for trouble.
That would be April 2016, when Winnall scored the winner 2-1 at home to Oldham Ath. So nearly 2 and a half years .....
We've had some stonewall penalties turned down in that time. There's been some terrible decisions. Having now watched the highlights, I don't think yesterday's was a penalty. Not that I'm complaining on this occasion, but a lot of games are decided by the decisions of the officials rather than the skill of the players.
