    According to iPlayer interview with Winkler on Thursday Hedges is close to starting line up. Potts could also be in contention.

    Isgrove has gone from being everyone’s favourite small footballer (for out jumping the Mee-waww defence) to a figure of scorn. Another professional footballer stealing a wage. We’ve had so many over the years.

    I really hope he comes good this season but, sadly, I can’t see it.

    Yes, expires 2020. Highlights how difficult it is to get contracts right. Sign someone on a long deal that hardly plays and the club gets criticised. A player who does really well for us who only signs 2 years and won't commit to longer, the club gets criticised.

    Can’t win whatever they do. The only certainty is that players that stand out get their heads turned and move on. Nothing we can do to stop that.

    Yep on the flip side we have Mowatt on a 2 year deal and he's come good for us. The problem we had back in Jan 17 was the sheer number of players who were heading to the end at the same time.
