    too many eye witness accounts can be problematic - if they all say the same thing there's the accusation of collusion - if accounts differ then they're disregarded.

    For all the people saying he was unnerved etc by Whitey filming.
    Fleetwood have just announced a docuseries for this season. Where a camera crew operates on a fly in the wall basis around the club.

    Then surely SYP can request the video ?
    Although Barton’s not daft and as a seasoned helper of police with their enquiries he’ll have covered all angles before he’s allegedly done what he’s done .
    But if he does then surely it’s surely pre meditated.
