Two and a half year deal? Is that due to the 2022 World Cup changing the domestic season start/end dates? Bit odd.
Good luck to the lad, I wish him well. It never really worked out for him here, but there's no reason why it can't at Aberdeen.
Link isn’t working for me, wonder if they’ve taken it down now? I can’t remember seeing any link from us regarding Jackson leaving for Scotland either. Anyway, good luck to Hedges. He should do well up there.
I think we jumped the gun in announcing it, so it was removed. Newsbot is timed at 12.03pm and Aberdeen put the story on their site at 1.02pm.
Article can't be found. Not sure why it would be taken down. Good luck to him he could have stayed with us in a better league, but he wants to play regular first team football, which wouldn't have happened with us.
Looks like the Dons supporters are expecting big things from him. If he can't " up" his performances, I'm afraid they could be in for some disappointment. Flattered to deceive in my view. Can't remember him setting any game alight and seemed prone to injury. Having said that, good luck to him. Who knows a move up North might just give his career that much needed fillip.
I think there’s something there with Hedges, he’s one of them players where I think it’ll click sooner or later & he’ll have a brilliant season. Sad it’s not worked out for him here but it’s understandable for him to move on
