    Yeah, he'll be stuffed. One club wants to offer him £25 grand a week and no one else wants to touch him. Ever. He'll never get a job again. So quick, lets make sure we're not left with this brilliant goalkeeper who could perform for us week in/week out and maybe make a few million if we sell him. Let's make sure we don't get him at all.     Well ok, people are always in some way going to be motivated by money however the distinction between the two is that some are actively seeking to move, whereas others just get on with the job unless they have their heads turned with silly money offers. Seems to me Davies has now fallen into the those that are actively seeking to leave.

    Why would it.. First team and presumably would be first choice here, when a good contract will have been offered.. Sign it..

    Other option, go looking for the money and sit on a subs bench all season. I'd take the first all day.

    I like your sarcasm, Davies won't be stuffed he will get other offers even if stoke end up keeping butland.
    We can't wait forever for Davies or stoke there comes a time where we have to peruse other targets brfore we miss out on them aswell I think the time should be now. Thanks Adam you have been a great servant for the club but time to move on instead of been Adams last resort.

    I mean we would all like Davies to re-sign but the longer we wait the better chance our other targets get snatched up. And then our supporters will be whinging that we waited around for Davies
