    Regular starts. Keiffer would not be guaranteed to start every game with the formation we play as Cauley is in front of him in the pecking order. £4M is a fantastic deal for a good League 1 player.

    The questions are:
    1) if we do want him to stop why aren’t we competing with wages against fellow teams of our ilk
    2) does DS want him and does he think we can use the money else where

    If it’s answer 1 then I’d be a little concerned that we’ve let 4 players leave to teams in our league!!

    Anyhow he’s not gone yet and a think he’ll score a hat trick tomorrow

    How has no one considered the fact that agents aren’t stupid and see Barnsley as weak to any bids that come in for players, thus making them more likely to tout their players around in the comfort that BFC won’t try to stop them moving on for a pay day.
    Seems quite obvious to me that we are pushovers and players have picked up on it.

    He wants to play infront of less fans for a team who aren't even the best supported in wigan.... but obviously are prepared to pay more in wages than us.
