    1. Why did you buy Barnsley Football Club, was it for long term progression of both the club and your own returns or is it for a get rich quick scheme.

    2. Confirm how much the club has received in transfer fees since your involvement, how these payments are made to the club and how much remains outstanding.

    3. Confirm how much since your tenure the club has spent on incoming transfers, how these are staggered and how much is left outstanding to the selling clubs

    4. Of the players sold since your tenure began how many do you feel you achieved close to market value on sale.

    5. When you and your consortium took over Barnsley, there were multiple references to the groups alleged wealth. Investigations have suggested that these articles are incorrect, if this is the case why did the consortium not dispel this myth?

    6. Given the above suggests that you are not as affluent as first garnered how did the consortium raise funds to purchase the club and what are these funds secured against.

    7. For a businessman of Chien Lees standing, why are his active American interests registered to a penthouse apartment as a service, trading and directors contact address.

    8. Please explain the high interest loan that was taken out via the Thalos Investment Platform, why did you undertake this loan at its interest rates and clauses when you'd have assumed a man of Paul Conways standing would have contacts within the investment industry to obtain finance at a preferential rate and better terms

    9. Please explain why a loan was taken out, based on the media representations, secured against the club for what would appear the purchase price negating any funds you paid out for the club. Is this your aim eventually for Barnsley FC.

    10. Who is Dicksdon Kong Lee and what does he bring to the table as a director, funding, business acumen or a yes man to help pass board level decisions over the line.

    11. There is when looking around, a lot of noise over New City Capital being a sizable concern, this being the case how come the company website is nothing but a shell and secondly why was the address removed over the weekend to a contact form.

    12. There was multiple promises made by various senior staff members at Oakwell regarding improvements to the ground and the matchday experience. Do you think the board can be proud of its efforts in these improvements.

    13. How much has the club invested in improving the matchday experiences

    14. Are you looking at attempting to purchase ownership of the land in order to make a quick sale given its worth as town centre real estate.

    15. Since the loss of GG and the subsequent appointment of DM, who provided the day to day knowledge of ensuring a football club ran smoothly, inputted on transfers and so forth?

    16. Are you willing to publish the full audited accounts for the parent company BFC Investment Company Ltd Registered in Hong Kong Company Reg No 2542075 since inception in June 2017 including any documentation relating to the take over and raising the capital to purchase the club

    17. Do the board have any plans to make a further attempt the buy the land. If so, and they are successful are they willing to undertake a legally binding covenant that the land the ground, carparks and training facilities sit on can only be used for sporting and recreational purposes to prevent the land being obtained for by developers seeking easy returns.

    18. How much, for a consortium that promised every penny raised from transfer fees will be reinvested in new players, intend to take as management charges for the parent company, shareholder/director dividends etc

    19. It was implied when the consortium that you would be looking to establish significant investment from a number of overseas markets in order to make the club a more attractive global brand. Barring a short Time Square Billboard advert, what exactly has the board and/or marketing agents employed by the club done to attract further investment?

    20. Without being disrespectful to the deal with the Investment Room for the shirt sponsorship going forward, why hasn't a larger overseas/uk based corporation undertaken this mantle?

    21. Given the club seems to have failed in its goal in attracting additional investment, can you confirm especially given the promotion to the championship, you have provided additional funds to the marketing and media teams to help improve the clubs global media profile thus attract further interest and investment.

    22. What does Grace Hung bring to the table, is she there to assist with finances, recruitment, investment?

    23. There are a number of articles relating to Paul Conway being quite heavily involved in the Hedge Fund/investment markets brokering substantial deals, given this how come Paul is very hands on at the club given its limited and potentially small returns in the grand scheme of things.

    24. What is Dane Murphys role at the club on a day to day basis. His on line profiles suggest his background relates to scouting and transfers, is this his primary role with Paul undertaking the other duties of a CEO or has Dane encompassed all GG’s duties as CEO.

    25. How is BFC’s scouting base made up. Please explain from start to finish how a player enters the radar of the recruitment team Is it all analytical stats based to create the shortlists then physical scouting is undertaken once the short list is drawn up or is it a mixture

    26. The Head Coach, based on interviews to the media says I require a left back. From here this goes to the recruitment team who draws up a shortlist. At what point is the Head Coach reengaged in the identification of a player prior to transfer. Does the head coach get to review the list prior to approaching a club over the transfer, can the coach veto the recruitment teams 1st choice and say I want choice 5.

    27. The plan in theory will sustain the long term future and provide the directors with a steady return on their investment however unlike most plans it seems to be stuck in its inflexibility and rigid in how it is rolled out. Why is there no flexibility in how the club undertakes its recruitment strategy to ensure the squad has the balance in terms of age, experience and position.

    28. Given what the board know now, would you consider in hindsight refusing to discuss contracts with experienced players with championship knowhow such as Craine and Butterfield for example, a mistake?

    29. Did the board when discussing recruitment ever consider that experience is required in a brand new back five. Given this, do the board have plans in future windows to take this on board and look to adjust the criteria of future transfer to players slightly older with games under their belt. For example, a 25 year old with 150 plus games and a club captaincy under their belt. Would the board not agree this type of player would retain a shelf life and resale value.

    30. Explain and justify the comments regarding this summers transfer window being the best ever. Requantify this when it is quite apparent the squad is weaker in a number of key areas.

    31. Regardless of the ins & outs of the Keiffer Moore transfer, alot of which depending on your source and viewpoint why was his sale sanctioned so close to the end of the transfer window without a replacement ready to sign upon completion. Who made the ultimate call on this at board level and why?

    32. Given what the board already knows about the difficulties of the championship, lack of depth within the squad and a lack of experience will the squad, look to adjust the plan and player investment to build a squad that is capable of stopping up in this league or would the board look at keeping its powder dry until the summer.

    33. In the january window will the club be having a firesale of its better players if so why and would the club given the january price inflation ensure they hold out for the best possible price for a player rather than the first perceived bids.

    34. The plan relies on young players developing their raw potential and being sold on for profit. What happens, if like many young players, they have an outstanding 19-21 in and around the 1st team and U23s and never realise that potential. How do the club look to recuperate their outlay on this kind of player?

    35. Given it is highly likely the club will be relegated this season, have the board already started identifying targets for the forthcoming season to push for promotion or will it be a random selection of very young players with potential and hope they gel?

    36. Are you the board beyond criticism.

    37. Regardless of what happened within the boardroom, do you think the statement provided by BFC was acceptable?

    38. Do you think, overall the fans are satisfied with your stewardship of the club or do you just not care?

    I have a shorter list:

    1. Does the club's league standing have any importance, and if "yes", what is your plan to avoid relegation and then consolidate.

    That's it.

Oh, and under no circumstances do I want the council to sell its half of the ground. Not for all the gold in China.

I think it's best we don't know the answer to some of the inner workings of the club when it comes to the club's finances. I dint think any owner across the land would be open to telling the supporters that either. 1. If they're skint, other teams bidding for our players will take advantage 2. If they're absolutley minted then we will get an extra couple of hundred grand on top of each player we attempt to sign.

I think most fans would just be happy with knowing what these owners want from our club, what the future holds for us, why stendel was let go and why did we **** up so badly in the pre season transfer window.

All the other stuff doesn't concern me. It shouldn't concern you either. Businesses and businessmen are professional snakes, itd an awful industry and unless you understand it fully then it's not worth us knowing. (I don't understand it btw, not having a dig)

The standard reply that most business owners give when asked to answer similar
questions is " thank you for your interests, but what you are requesting is commercially sensitive."

If Bambo doesn't make a daft tackle v Charlton. Mcgeehan a stupid pass v Birmingham and Chaplin takes a touch v Brentford this thread wouldn't have been typed.

I agree with everything that's been posted btw.
