    As I posted elsewhere, if we are sacking good coaches to allow a new Head Coach to replace them with people he's never worked with before, plus the compensation aspect... that's just another for Conways catalogue of craziness.

    If we were in the situation when we hired Morais and Stendel.... fine, and completely different.

    but it’s still the same as Winkler and Stendel joining up together.

    I follow Arsenal as a 2nd team.

    Matt Rose used to play for Arsenal, and was their Youth Team Captain, but never quite made it due to other talent ahead of him at the time. Think Morrow, Keown, Linighan, Bould and Adams etc.

    He then went to QPR and did ok to be fair, and was there for quite a few years. After that I’d no idea what he’d been up to.

    A lot of decent former Arsenal players end up in obscure jobs like this for the club. They’re usually quite picky, so for him to be involved, speaks highly of him.

    Coming through the ranks with Bould & Adams etc will have taught him well what is required. Hopefully some of that will rub off on our defenders.

    I’ll give it to you, your hatred of Conway has made you come out with some interesting opinions. The new guy only needs a modest improvement on what let’s be honest was abysmal form under Stendel to make your comments look stupid. You could be right of course and we might not win again all season, we shall see
